Don't remember the details of the bunny suit itself, but the story of why there's a CG of that showing up is kind of convoluted.

Basically there is some side story that happens sometime after the events of the main story in the game. Alice sends birthday invitations to Aoko and Soujuurou's school friends, Beo, the Church duo, and the older sister (who's working for the Association and is kind of doing spying work for both sides) of the blind Church girl.

It turns out to be actually be a birthday party for the guy who founded the amusement party, everybody was sort of under the assumption that it was Alice’s party, including Alice’s uninvited rival/singer who sort of intruded.

Also, Soujuurou sends an invitation to Touko because Soujuurou is Soujuurou.

Story is that somebody activates one of Alice’s familiars which creates a game-like situation where the familiar has replaced one of the people in the mansion and will kill them one by one. To win you have to find out which of the guests is the familiar. If you don’t win, everyone’s dead for sure.

And in this game, if you laugh, you die in a way that's sort of representative of your personality.

And that’s what that picture was for.

Ok thanks for the explanation now i'm out before I spoil myself of anything important. This doesn't seem like an scene that you can miss either since you say it supposedly happens after the main story.

I am officially utterly and completely in love with this soundtrack. The fact they actually worked in a song like this is awesomely silly. It seems like a pretty safe bet by name alone that it belongs to Alice, but I'm really curious what context they use it in. Is this for battling her fairy tale/FS creations?

You could say that Nasu used Tsukihime and F/SN to truly polish up on Mahoyo the same way Christoper Nolan used the resources gained from both Batman movies and The Prestige to finally complete Inception.

If that is true, then it could possibly explain why Arc didn't seem to need to digitalize her soul to enter the virtual world in F/E.

He's not an example of the Third Magic. He is an example of what Third Magic can achieve, just like the hypothetical incarnated Angra Mainyu in Heaven's Feel Route.

I figure it's kind of like this.
If you can go into spirit mode and out, you're just a spiritual being that can affect reality.
But if you're a materialized soul, you're basically an energy being (but you don't have to look like one).
Or an Archon.
