I'd certainly welcome it. Having multiple translations to choose between is a rare luxury.
the messaging hasn't been as clear as it probably should be but digital should come out worldwide simultaneously next month, while the physical version is more limited/expensive and the English package won't be out until late Jan. English package will have a translated booklet.
Even if it isn't available in your specific region's digital shop, at least these days it's easy to have multlple region accounts on the same device.
