As i have said the "TARDIS" is a close cousin to the Kalediostick's but not one itself. It's basically Zel's jewel sword w/ the kalediostick's OS, and yes it acts the same way as its sisters. TARDIS could also mean "Time And Relative Dimensions I Screwover/Split/Slice, etc.

Basically as long as you don't take credit for the creators work or make a profit from it the government can't do anything to you for using copyrighted material. Your on a fanfic board, you should know these things.

Of course it wouldn't, writing a fanfiction is blatant plagiarism. What I'm doing is a criticism of the authors original work for not including some material, using the characters and setting as a medium to deliver my commentary. Totally different.
And yes Ihklan, the 2nd and 5th pics are from "sword Dancers", though I'm not sure about the 4th. They shall be the design for Kaledio Magical Girl Shiko-Chan!
