Thankee much. Now, I'm trying to get better at my action scenes, so is there any way I can convince you to give me more details in what you liked and didn't? What would help with imaging, how it could be improved?

Humm, let's see... the fight was good overall. Shirou's moves gave me that feeling that's kind of when a character flashes from one place to another, and when he stops, suddenly everywhere he attacked bursts into blood. As in, he was fast enough that his attacks were barely perceptible by the audience, but their effects were instant and powerful. Was that the kind of feel you were going for with Shirou using this template? If so, then it was well done.
I don't know if it would be against the tone of the scene, but it seemed to me like the action was almost like... ehh, how to explain this, like it had predetermined results? As in, when picturing the scene, it was a little bit like I was watching something that had happened already? I think that was probably the tone of it. The action was quick, precise and instant, but sacrificed a little bit of fluidity because you weren't describing it like he was slashing and cutting right in front of our eyes.

It worked though. :P

The answer to that question...is: Yes.

Would depend on which Doctor he meets I think, their actions aren't all that different. Just how quickly they will go from "nice guy" to "you all gonna die".

I was going from a bit of personal experience on this one actually. I've sparred against people that have practiced martial arts for over thirty years. They went easy on me, and handed me my ass in a silver platter :P

I kinda drew on that to depict the skill of a master. That and my martial arts instructor told me he could fight about seven people at once, all of those would end up with broken extremities and potentially mortal wounds, but he could do it. In other words, the more enemies you are against, the less you can afford to take it easy.

humm...so it seemed predetermined...but it was good...I admit I normally write ranged action (guns and bullets) and very basic melee (Grappling, knives, bayonets, that sorta stuff) so I was unsure of how this one would turn out...it would seem that I did well enough when portraying a master going to work...and a few things I've shown some other people tell me I can make an ok scene between two equals.

Very well, I shall file under "Well done, but still need improvement"

Well, seeing as you drawing on experience to show a massive gap in skill, I'd say it worked out. It certainly felt like the Fire Nation soldiers couldn't even grasp Shirou's movements.

Hmmm I'd say pal around with the Ninth Doctor. Just finished killing all the Time Lords, has some nice baggage. Plus when they visit history they can meet all the Servants while they're alive. Once the Grail war rolls around everyone recognizes Shirou (for good or for ill)...
