    I imagined that might be the case.

    Its just the idea of getting pulled up instead of pulling down is funny, sorry =X

    If it's any consolation, I'm certain the same thing would also happen to me ^^;;

    seriously.
    That's the point. It's difficult. It works a lot of things at the same time. It's primarily an upper body workout, but doing it like that also works your core and even your legs and back a little.

    Core and back I can understand, but how are you working your legs like that? ಠ_ಠ

    Because to keep yourself up and steady you have to put constant pressure on your calves. Or maybe I'm just still feeling it from the squat thrusts, I dunno.

    Hahahaha, I'm bulkin' bro. Discipline ain't even a thang for me right now.

    Though these fucking boxes of Chip! Chop are putting a dent in that high-protein ratio thing I had going. Why are they so fucking delicious?

    Actually i think my body is lusting for protein, not a mcfillet. An egg is fine too.

    I wish I could give good diet advice, but it seems like any time I lose weight it's because I've accidentally started slipping back into the old (bad) habits I developed as a skinny, twig-like basement dweller. "If you feel hungry, just take a nap!" and "Only eat one meal a day!" really aren't things you should go around telling other people to do... <_<;;

    I eat whatever? I mean, my diet of whatever kept me at 120lb for nearly a decade and I seem to be holding steady at 130lb despite my efforts to gain a bit of weight so...

    Eat whatever?

    My diet is crap and I know it. I can't keep to a good diet otherwise I'd see much better gains.

    And Zio, same thing as me, if you get a real diet plan going you'll start gaining weight. It might not be instantaneous, but it'll be faster than you think.

    Your method on the treadmill nabs them real good though.

    In 10 minutes i get off about 100+ depending on how quickly i run during the faster round.

    Just 150 calories man. Not really a big deal. Skip a bagel tomorrow, it all balances out.

    Oh, but you reminded me it's bench press day tomorrow. Best day of the week!

    I should really read up on counting calories and all that jazz.

    At any rate, for various reasons and a lack of time, I stopped working out for nearly three weeks.

    Started again today and couldnt even last twenty minutes on the elliptical thingamajier.

    I'm sad now.

    Man, trying to get back into this after a break is so tough. Those 30lb dumbbells feel like a bloody brick wall.

    Well, at least I managed to do 20minutes on the elliptical thingamajiger without feeling like I was going to die this time...
