sorry, i dunno. I usually dont catch up with BD subs, and the friend of mine who does watch a lot of ecchi series and waits for BD's usually watched german subs so asking him probably wouldnt help you...
but since the only real difference is the uncensoring, i guess you could just import the sub track from the normal version to the BD video

At least i didnt notice any, though i skipped Mia's episode.
Mainly uncensoring and changed camera angles to show more nipples and butts, also during Papi's faux blowjob scene the camera's more on her face instead of Darling's.

uuuhhhhm... Well, at the very least, there werent any extra scenes in Centorea's part of the episode. I admittably might have skipped around until that since i just wanted to see it first before getting around to watching the full thing proper.
If you still have the episodes, you could look at the run time and see if there are any differences between the TV version and BD.
EDIT: I looked it up, and both the BD and TV versions have run times of 23:41, so there probably aren't any extra scenes.

on better news, the BD of eps 3-4 dropped a couple days ago so should be hitting the torrents soon, if they haven't already
Follow up, volume 2 is out. Mostly what you expect. One thing, they tried to give sue nipples and it's actually really weird looking. I understand better why the manga usually gives her bumps or Barby doll anatomy.
or to put that another way, they gave sue nipples and really shouldn't have, and they didn't give smith nipples and really should have.
Im kind of wondering why they specifically gave Suu inverted nipples for her bigboob form; i kinda thought she was mimicking Centorea's for that, and Centorea has perky nipples.
I dunno if its true or not, but I heard on the grapevine the next chapter is pretty dark
