Wellll...I guess one idea would be to have her refer to Shirou by first name and any other upperclassman by surname (this being Sakura, with an option of adding Mr./Miss) to differentiate. I dunno.

Real talk though. I actually have no problems with honorifics; the only thing really stopping me is that I started the first few chapters of Priya without honorifics. I'm not gonna go back and change things because that is more effort than I'm willing to put in, but if the transition isn't weird for anyone, I can actually do honorifics without it killing me.
