Because some chapters in the magazine release are split between each publication before they're combined in a tankoubon under one chapter. But then that can get confusing, so it's easier to just number them normally.

The scans you worked with were from the Magazine and not from the tankoubon, right? Will you be uploading the scans from the tankoubon in the future?
