I don't like quietly disappearing so,
I think I am done translating Prillya. Life did get busier but I could still manage to squeeze time for it if I really wanted. But to be completely honest I don't really feel motivated to do it anymore, so I think I'll stop here. I did check Umd's translation after reading the chapter and it seemed passable, minus a few minor mistakes, it managed to properly get the idea across. I might pop up to point-out any big mistranslations if I ever see any or give some remarks, but I honestly doubt I'll do entire chapters again unless they really fumble hard and I really feel like it, the second one being highly unlikely. Might stick to the thread for the discussions in the future, who knows. Thanks for the support while it lasted, I reaaally appreciate it, y'all are cool.

Now on to two TL remarks about this chapter:

Spoiler:

1- Beatrice meant that Gullfaxi answered her desperate calls (they Tl'd it as "resolve")
2- Shirou was speaking in the past tense, "All this time, I thought I was fighting alone" is the correct sentence.

Rin's comment about her relationship with Sakura made me wonder how did it even go for them in the Illyaverse? Sakura is still called Sakura Matou so I assume she was taken in by the Makiri like in FSN (the hair color too checks out), yet Rin explicitely said that they lived as sisters in her world, how would that even work? Would it be just like FSN minus the Zouken abuse stuff? Was it explained before and I forgot about it?

Also unrelated but Shirou's "Last projection" line reminded me a lot of Edward's "Last transmutation", pretty cool stuff.

Yeah, that actually surprises me that GSS came over. Feels like some crazy timeline we're in, a mature rated mainline FF, GSS gets the greenlight for an English release.

Maybe, but that FF looks more like a LOTR game (of course, helmetless Sauron in the Mordor games looks like an FF villain, but I digress). Then again, Amazon LOTR doesn't even look like LOTR, so maybe FF is just filling that void. Depends on how recovered Hiroyama is from his COVID episode. We won't know until we see the COMP ACE issue on the 25th.

...Or is it the 23rd? Upon review, it came out two days early this time last year presumably because they didn't want it coming out on Christmas Day.
