Well the thing about that is that basically every Doll from the previous war except Angelica and Beatrice are dead. We saw Sakura get killed, so what we're effectively dealing with is the leftover wraith of her tragedy. We didn't see Angelica's death at all and Beatrice's had that transition from her being pinned to being revived as a Doll. We haven't actively seen their deaths, as it were. I think what's gonna happen is we'll get the happy ending, but those two will get a farewell and proper death scene at their departure.

I thought everyone that had their souls transposed into Dolls 'died', including Beatrice and Angelica. Each of their minds deteriorating in different ways during the process.
But maybe you are right and there is more to it.

Ah, no, my mistake, I wasn't being clear. Angelica and Beatrice are dead, but what I mean is they haven't gotten a death scene. Angelica was off-screened and Beatrice's scene transitions directly from her being pinned by rubble to waking up in the Ainsworth mansion. The other dolls we've seen, or at least the ones that were given any sort of weight, all had scenes where they died. Shinji and Zachary died as Dolls, so we saw their fake bodies collapse and their cards disengage and Sakura we saw die as a human with Shinji blasting a hole through her chest. So what I'm saying is that in a metaphorical sense, we haven't seen Angelica and Beatrice die in the same way as the others, so even though they're functionally similar to Sakura as Dolls, they haven't had that finality of character and I suspect we'll see that at the end of the series when they're no longer needed and feel the need to move on.

I see. You expect some bittersweet endings for them, like ghosts having proper closure and letting go.

Honestly, I am expecting some crazy world-altering miracle for Miyu's world anyway by the end of this. I am not sure any deaths will stick, including Kuro.

Whether or not Kuro comes back really is the prevailing question at the moment. Now that everyone has a means of remembering Illya, the plot is moving again and we can start drawing reasonable theories about the final battle, but Kuro dying just before the time fuckery happened is a sticking point. Saving her was one of Illya's goals, so for her last living appearance to be on the 4-page spread of everyone Illya was leaving behind would be a pretty grim reality check, especially given the story's current direction.

The least asspull-y scenario I can think of where Kuro can be resurrected involves that spare Kanshou copy that Sakura used. Hiroyama has a good track record of foreshadowing important plot devices, so I have trouble believing that the sword only exists because "so Shirou couldn't remember it and lose to Sakura, get fucked". I'm expecting some cockamamie combination of the Kanshou copy, Shirou's connection to EMIYA (and Kuro by extension), and Sakura offering up her doll body in a dying moment of lucidity.

I don't see Angelica and Bazett thinking like that simply because that means Julian will be left alone. Neither of them is the kind of person who would do that to him.
