I don't quite get what you mean by "eye quality" though, is it like overall prettiness or?
(Fingers are possible with the power of mirrors! ... and cameras... and time... and frustration...)
When I see those Eyes I immidieately think of Shoujo Anime made by Clamp
I think a different style would likely it those two images you've made.
Eye Size, Shape, Brow & Etc matter. You don't want them looking alike (Saberface for Example).
Oh and if you really want go to with that Style, then just go with it.
