I guess Builder series are treated differently then?
Isn't it a web series technically?

Interesting title for the new show. Very intrigued. Also I was confused when they said 'The last Gundam anime in 7 years' cause I thought about how IBO was 2015/2016, but then I figured they counted from 2022.
Thankfully Urdr Hunt wasn't cancelled, since I was already beginning to worry as I didn't remember hearing anything on it since it was announced. In any case, more IBO stuff is alway good in my book.
Also didn't know Gekko finished. Shame the translation was never finished.
Apparently, they're also making a film about Doan’s Island of all things. I think I have the first volume of that, I should really get the other four someday.

Actually found a different version where they say it's the first NEW Gundam TV anime, which would mean they count the Build's as all sequels in a series.
I really want a Female MC this time around. Even though I know the Witch will be the princess, I want to dream. We're getting the female Jojo next year, why not a Gundam starring Four Murasame?

because Tomino likes brats to be MC.
I was also wondering if we might be getting a female MC this time around, but I guess at this point we can only wait with the amount of information we have. Twilight Axis technically had a female protagonist, I think, but considering the movie for that was a glorious ad for the light novels, I feel like that doesn't count.
For some reason though, the title makes me think they might go into more of a Sci-Fi space myth and legend type of setting, which would be cool since the closest thing we ever got to that was IBO's Calamity War.
SD Gundam World Heroes done. Fun show. And Sunrise did a great job with the CG here. This, Night Head and Traumerei show that there's good CG outside of Orange. Great stuff

Was just doing my normal trolling through the internet when I came across an interview with Tomino where he says the reason all the Gundam names are so stupid is that he was pissed off at the bosses and wanted to annoy them, then he realized after the Gelgoog that they just cared about the toy sales and never paid any attention to what he was doing so he kept going crazier and crazier, and once he hit M'Quve he could do whatever and no one would care.

those ended become very charming names, rather than yet another mythology reference.
I do enjoy them, but it's more in the "Who in world though Quattro Bajenna was a name" way. The same way Nasu thinks that Waver Velvet is a perfectly acceptable english name, and we all snicker behind our hands every time they expect us to take it seriously.

I mostly think that another machine called Valkryie, Susanowo, Zeus, etc gets boring.
The fact that one episode was never translated is why I ended up watching 0079 subtitled. It was such a nothing episode I had to go back and rewatch it after because I thought I missed something heinous in it.

Hey it had Mobile Suit martial arts way before G Fighter, so that's at least something.
I liked Banana in Unicorn. It wasn't a terribly dumb name.
That said, all I really want is a proper sequel to Unicorn with tie-ins. After Hathaway's Flash trilogy is over... maybe.
