Makes me wonder what the upper limits of Andersen's NP are. It transformed Kiara into a planet-sized demon goddess who used the earth as a dildo, but I doubt something that extreme could occur outside the unique conditions of the Moon Cell. Also, now that you mention it, I can't help but picture a divine spirit Shirou as being a male version of goddess Madoka from Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

I think the limit is script dependent and that's why depending on the threat (and situation) in Stay Night, Shirou could go beyond Emiya Archer's level.

The combination of the two would certainly be functional, after all Shirou would have more time on the screen and Andersen would be the perfect supporter. Personalities also fit.

That could make for a cool fanfic, though you'd have to really flex those protagonist muscles for Shirou to not be squashed flat in his early encounters with Cu and Herc.

Andersen would looooove writing for Shirou, but there's absolutely no chance whatsoever of that story ending happily.

Either she would override Rin's body the moment she's summoned. (Though if I remember right both of them are okay with each other because they still consider the end result to still be themselves) Causing Archer to be Ishtar's servant and screwing his plans to hell.

Or maybe she'll grab another Rin from some other part of the kaleidoscope.

Also, what would happen if Shirou summoned Solid Snake (Assassin) as his servant?

Caster and Gil would both die because they failed to notice a very conspicuous box.

It'd probably not be as bad as that. After all, in that universe it's Saber that winds up as Kirei's scout and Rin has a contract with Gil, so he can survive the first two with a bit of luck.

Admitedly Shirou being a frontline fighter is kinda a crapshoot without EMIYA to leech off, but oh well...
