People were too lazy to make a new thread so they just started talking about it in the thread about the PC version, lol. I've already got it pre-ordered on Amazon, gotta take advantage of the free shipping and dat dere low price guarantee.
I wonder if those are actual pre-release screenshots everybody is using, or if they just cropped the old CGs to be "widescreen".
EDIT: Hahaha, okay, just saw a mouse pointer in one of the pictures so I guess it's the latter.

Waiting to see if there are any good shop privileges before I pre-order, so far it's just sofmap offering the usual telephone card.
Nice quality check, Amiami. They fucked up the Sakura image on purpose.
EDIT: Lol, actually, just realized that the image is on pretty much every site selling it. Universal Sakura fuckups.

Dammit, edited to be correct. I have this strange quirk of confusing the two consoles.
I do think the cropping is a bit "meh", but hopefully it's not too bad. I can live with those shots the way they are.
Of course, the only reason I'm excited for this really is to see that ufotable opening. I don't speak Japanese, so obviously I'm not buying this. Unless Aksys decides to localize it, which I doubt, but they did say Fate/Extra sold decently for them and they want to bring more Visual Novels over...
Extra it's a game not a pure VN, even if the volume of text it's impressive. I don't think any VN for the Psp(or other console) has ever been brought to the western market and the fan made FSN patch make this port even more unlikely.
I know Extra isn't a VN, but Aksys wants to bring over VNs on portable systems. They brought over an otome game that was a pure VN, Hakuoki. They have said they want to bring more and different kinds of VNs over. Putting two and two together... there's a possibility for this, even if I'm not personally holding my breath.

Oh, I really didn't know about this otome game. And it's a "real" VN, no game involved. Still unlikely but yeah you are right.
Dunno if I am interested enough to get this or not. Probably not in all fairness. I'm sure the Ufotable vids will be online before it even arrived anyway!
I'll watch the Ufotable OP(s) on Youtube or Nicovideo. Bam, four thousand something yen saved.
I don't mind this personally since I quite enjoy the idea knowing Fate is getting more love mostly the visual novel. Where alot of people i know missed out on or don't want to go to the trouble of finding. I would not mind just having the game on my vita just because. Never enough fate stuff.

The official site got updated some days ago. Still no PV only some screenshots and the usual characters introduction.
That damn mouse pointer in the Sakura shot, lol. I hope that's not actually part of the game. There should never be a need for a mouse pointer in a console port, particularly not when the console in question has not one, but TWO different touch screens!
