Well, Tsukihime remake was announced 4 years ago in an issue of Tech Gian, but recently on an interview with 4gamer.net, Nasu said that the sequel is being produced alongside the Mahoyo sequels: それからまだ詳細は話せないんですが，みなさん待っていてくださる月姫のリメイクも並行して進 んでます。

Well, it answered the question about the Tsukihime remake being real anyway, and CCC is a more reliable comparison than Mahoyo sequel. So it's all good.
