Started Legend of the Galactic Heroes (14/07/23), pray for me.
I think she's there as a part of expanding Sacchin's role in the story, which in a way means expanding the role of the normal people uninvolved in the moonlit world. All the heroines in the Tohno mansion have each other to bounce off of, and Arc and Ciel are outsiders who can just slowly characterize themselves throughout their Rinspeak. Sacchin as presented in old Tsuki has nothing going on that hasn't been explored in the first three days of the game, which is to say she just has her connection to Shiki and Arihiko. Hell, that's the entire reason Back Alley Alliance became a thing, they had no idea what to actually have Sacchin do in her Arcade story, so they had her come up and start talking to strangers like Sion and Ries. Sacchin needs more regular human beings to have conversations with.
It wouldn't be shocking if they were actually related, they have the same hair.
Noel will urge Sacchin to confess her feelings to Tohno.

I can't believe I'm going to buy a game when I don't even own that console. But I need to show support. Fuck me. I'm thinking of just buy the games, then pirate it with emulator.
We won't know until the game comes out, but I'd willing to believe it can be emulated well on low-end PCs on virtue of being a VN.
