The part in that interview I found specially interesting was when he said he was bothered by OG Tsuki being a small, kind of self-contained world/story; that's the kind of thing that makes me like it more than Fate (and also what makes me like DDD #ForeverInOurHearts)

When I finished the first day, I thought wouldn’t have the time to play day 2 in full but would have the time to check the rest of day 1’s choices. Then I just kept doing what I did first. Though that might be helpful in the long run since I already have an alternate save file ready with optimized Ciel flags.

He literally says "if you don't get out of my way I'll rape you" in the OG, so...
But like, I noticed even during the first meeting with Arc that the implication is sort of still there, it's just not spelled out explicitly (though idr if it was in the OG during that scene specifically).
Any difference in NuShiki's habits and likes/dislikes versus OG Shiki's habits due to the addition of smartphones?
I don't know if it changes much later but where I am (day 7) the cellphone and new tech has barely been involved. Akiha confiscates the phone early on, and even though he gets it back shortly after, he never really uses it. He doesn't call anyone (he texts arihiko once to say he's sick) or actually use any smart-features. Also outside of there being a lot more electronics in the middle of the city, so far there have really been no real difference in the environment to make me think "yeah man THIS is 2010 and not 1990" or whenever the hell the OG took place. Like I said, maybe this changes later tho.
As for his habits outside of the phone/tech, I'd say it mostly comes down to him not being so openly aggressive/offensive all the time. In the OG he often remarks on like Akiha's or women in general's bodies openly to them or you know, the whole "I'll rape you" shit, whereas here, at least for the former that's pretty much gone. He still keeps some of the bite in his remarks, especially when speaking to arihiko and he's quick to snap back at other characters when they say stupid things, but it's not as over-the-top hostile that I feel like OG shiki was. So just generally less hostility/sexual aggressiveness/misogyny, you know. That's what I've been picking up on the most, at least.
Huh. Maybe it'll be more useful in the Far Side stuff.
Was kind of hoping we'd see stuff like maybe Shiki getting weird messages and stuff.
He has a big opinion dump in I believe day 2 about how the internet changed the way people interact.
