Since apparently everybody on here is using the Switch version rather than the PS4 version (how else would my question regarding PS4 Pro native higher-than-1080p non-upscaled output fall on deaf ears?), I'll ask a different question that may seem a bit... odd, but sadly I can't adequately test it at this time due to a whole slew of PC hardware reasons.
Simply put, does yuzu or ryujinx let you set the speed limit to something less than 100% and then have the audio adjust in both speed and pitch accordingly? E.g. if you set speed to 50%, the audio will also play back at 50% lower pitch. Do note that, if it is possible, then it may still require changing an audio setting in the emulator.
For reference, this is a feature that Dolphin has (you just need to make sure "audio stretching" is disabled). I realize it may seem like an extremely niche function, but in time I may (or may not) make an explanation about it in the Fate/stay night Ultimate Edition patch as I've wanted to achieve something similar in that.

I started with the F/SN manga, which is why I'm still pissed off over a decade later that the English version stopped at volume 10-ish when the company went bankrupt and no one else picked it up.

Never used yuzu before, but from some of the forum post for yuzu, it seems like it does have some sort of speed limit functionality. Not sure is that what you want.

Checking Famitsu. Those numbers only covered the previous week (08/23 to 08/29) and Tsukihime R was released on 26th, so it's actually not the first week sales
Whenever I look at its art I think "Why are their necks so thick?"
Same with the Tsuki anime, although not as bad.
Just looking at wiki on phone, then following it's source with no idea how valid source is

Realta Nua sold 184558 since launch.
So retail only and not even a full week since.
Sounds pretty good?
BEHOLD! THE SIG OF GOLDEN TRUTH! Pillaged from McJon, Tsukikan et al.
First week sales comparable to the Skyward Sword remaster, pretty good indeed.
don't quote me on this
Yeah, but having an incomplete series on my self bugs my brain that was raised on N64 collect-a-thons. At least with Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer I can still look for the missing volumes at cons (if they ever exist again after covid) or bite the bullet and buy a 100$ copy of Amazon.

Factoring in digital sales, I think tsukihime remake might have the best first week sales of a VN since the 90s.
