I thought she didn't look older than 20. And according to the Japanese TM wiki, Nasu said in a Tsukihime reading book that her mental and physical age is around 19-20 (feel free to correct me if I read it wrong).

I like them. The new design does have it's pros. Some time ago, I thought about how she would look with a slightly shorter hair (after looking at girls from other series that looked really good with a similar hairstyle) and how she would need to have younger facial features for it to work right, so in that sense this new design does fit with the mental image I had. I don't mind the miniskirt either, since it's possible to see the contour of her beautiful legs.
Of course, it goes without saying that I see the appeal of a more mature-looking Arc, I just try to be open-minded enough to be able to appreciate both designs.

Will we get to see Akiha schlicking in thatnewrevised dress? Since she looks classier than she ever was before, I would except any other method of schlicking except for one where she do business while extending her pinkies. Though I wonder if she would wear black pantyhose now, or her old thigh-high white stocking... Either is fine with me, I'm just concerned about the pinkies.

I was thinking more of how all her attack names are German. If I was going off her hair color she could be any ethnicity at all by Japanese visual design rules other then Eastern European/Russian.
