Can't say I recognise any of the VA. So along with setting change I guess there's some credence to being built and marketed for a new generation.

Could be 'another' tsukihime that's not the same as the original 5 routes I guess.

They changed VAs from Melty and CarniPhan, it seems?. I mean, I imagined a Hisui recast as her seiyuu in those works is dead, but I'm surprised they changed everyone else, given how the japanese love keeping seiyuus forever, with Persona even resorting to recycling pre recorded voice clips or reducing Igor's screentime before P5 after Igor's seiyuu died

it's called remake, not remastered so this must be Kinoko's decision to change VA.

Depends on the cast fame... if they intend to make an R18 version at some point, some of the old cast would likely refuse.

Newer VAs probably wouldn't.

Not sure about the others, but I know for a fact that Akiha's VA did do hentai in Slave Market (as another ojou-sama type character at that; type-cast, yo: https://hentaimama.io/episodes/slave-market-episode-2/ ), and I think that Saya (Saya no Uta) is Kohaku's VA with a pseudonym (though, feel free to correct me on that).

I doubt they'll go R18. That's like expecting Key to do R18 VNs. They seem happy referencing Realta Nua as canon for FSN. Then again they kept stuff from R18 HF in HFII mixed with RN material like the finger sucking, so who knows
