I spent all my enthusiasm in the remake designs reveal so I've got nothing I wanna say but this is still a very good day.
Also just some thoughts on seeing the Roashikis design, I actually believe this to be a design that's meant to not clearly show to new readers that they are the same person depening on whichever route you go down, and I assume that Roa will become more Roa as it goes on and SHIKI will become more SHIKI as the story progresses.

I had similar thoughts.
I wouldn't be surprised if there are multiple "transition phases" between SHIKI and Roa depending on where and in what route you're on.
