No word of Sacchin route yet, but considering she didn't get a sprite singleout like the 5 Route girls from OG did, I'm not holding out for too much. I would LOVE a Sacchin route, but not hyping myself for it.

Regarding Satsuki route, I think should be there but check for explicit statement otherwise. Putting out the promised Tsukihime after all this time but missing out the promised Sacchin route would seem problematic if revealed only once people have played it.

I guess it would depend if the story would make sense with it; likely a lot will change, maybe a Sacchin route would fit better or not fit at all with the new directions it may go. Still too many unknowns, think next bit of info we're going to get is a Spring edition magazine or something, I think.

Going off of Mahoyo's visuals and sound, I think we can expect Tsuki:Re to have a lot more than static sprites and backgrounds like the original title too. Will help a lot for people who won't try to do that much and try and follow along just by watching the screen play out.

Yeah, didn't TM say Mahoyo was produced to be viewed as a movie or something like that? Mahoyo is kinda underrated in that sense.
