Regardless, it at least alleviates my fears of us not seeing Shiki at all in game which has worried me ever since Comun posted that interview with Nasu where he said Shiki's VA has a harder time because you don't see Shiki's face when he talks.

I thought it was very clear that he meant it was generally gonna be the classic MCs POV display for standard bg + tachi-e scenes but Shiki appears in event CGs and action sequences. Who knows, maybe he’ll be randomly popping in during the tachi-e scenes too, been some VNs that randomly “flip the camera” from 1st person to 3rd person and show the MC. Im definitely expecting him to be more on camera than shirou.
Bit late to this thread, but I wanted to give some of my knowledge and protips...
Switch emulation is actually coming along particularly well (search for "yuzu-emu" without quotes, you want the URL ending in ".org").
Performance-wise, since a VN isn't exactly demanding and the Switch itself isn't exactly a ball of fire, it really shouldn't be that difficult on any semi-competent CPU with at least 4 threads even if you're forced to run it at less-than full speed.
The GPU requirements should be even less for all the same reasons but with the additional bonus that emulation in general cares way less about GPU grunt than CPU grunt, so even semi-modern integrated graphics could be fine - especially since you can "cheat the system" and just set yuzu to run a game in portable mode to instantly reduce the GPU requirements.
Really the main concern would be the requirement of a GPU that supports Vulkan (any iGPU made in the last 5 years and any dGPU made in the last 10; note that 4th gen Intel graphics can support Vulkan but only on Linux) as well as the usual game compatibility concerns with running any game in an emulator that's still under heavy development.
Tell me about it. My most powerful console I own is, depending on your viewpoint, a Wii (not a Wii U) or a 3DS (not New 3DS).
But what I also have connected to my 39" HDTV with a surround sound system and everything is a 2.93GHz 4core/8thread Nehalem Xeon and Radeon HD5870 with a Radeon HD7850 upgrade waiting in the wings as soon as I upgrade the OS. For those that don't know, an HD7850 is pretty much the exact GPU that the base PS4 uses, and the 2.93GHz 4c/8t Nehalem definitely has enough multi-threaded grunt to at least slightly outperform eight 1.6GHz Jaguar cores (what the base PS4 has), though in the real world will vastly exceed due to much faster single-threaded performance (around double) because games very rarely will use all your CPU threads evenly..
I mean, that very Switch release also makes it much more easy to run on a PC, so there's always that silver lining.
An elusive "Switch Pro" as some have called it has been rumored for multiple times now to be launching later this year. Some sites like videocardz have assumed it to be a new generation but everything I can see points to it being a half-gen upgrade similar to the PS4 Pro...or like all of the other half-gen upgrades that Nintendo has made to their handhelds (New 3DS, DSi, Game Boy Color), and they've always been able to play existing "non-pro" games of the same generation.

I thought that was the console you were referring to? I mean, it'd been rumored since last year even, but it wasn't until this year that more details have come out (such as the 7" OLED screen).
In terms of an actual next generation console, who knows at this point...

Some user posted before an image of young Vlad a lot of pages before when we were talking about the new DA in the TsukiRE trailer, telling that it looked a lot like young Vlad (I don't have the image if someone is so kind plz).
Is probably Takeuchi face issue but in view of recent information about how there are going to be new members what if the new DA is not Strout of Enhance but is the actual Dracula. In Fate worlds Vlad hate everything respect to Dracula story and how it twisted his leyend and degenerates more and more until things like Twiling came to existence but what if Tsukihime world Vlad actually choose a path where he became a DA instead?

Sounds better than a lot of the fanfiction that has become official over the years. Would be a bit too much of a throwback to Fate for my taste but I've heard worse and they could go in a radical direction to make it acceptable.
