its only been a month since it was announced to be coming out at all, dont throw in the towel just yet. this time we got aniplex on our side.

release date is march 26th, they're also holding a corner for fans, so that they can submit illustrations and make questions to TM staff

2nd season of Kimetsu just got announced for 2021 so I doubt we will get Tsuki or Fate related anime by Ufo soon.
I think the Tsuki anime, if it is coming, ain't coming before 2023.

I don't think it will be, but I actually do think it's well within the realm of possibility, especially if they really wanna make an anime adaptation. On the other hand, I do think that it's very likely the routes will be cut down to some extent. I could see a near-far side split, but I am guessing it will indeed have a few routes. I am almost expecting to see Hisui and Kohaku's routes merged, though.
