You probably want to follow something different then, because off the top of my head, the only Nanoha character to properly die was Precia, and there wasn't even any blood in that

Well. Magic the generic term, meaning either magecraft or sorcery. Though I can't imagine that a full-power beam could be deflected all that easily; Caster probably could, but Rin would have to put a jewel into it, most likely.
I write stuff, though unfortunately nothing Nasuverse (yet).
Yeah, Rin's gems could block magic beams than can pierce multiple layers of reinforced concrete, sure. To avoid over/underestimating either side of the x-over, it'd be best to think of mages of Nanoha's caliber as possessing their versions of Saber's Dragon Mana-reactor™ and the amount of magical power that implies. That's pretty much the closest the Nasu-verse has to Linker Cores after all.
Also, why are Nanohaverse's magic beams being underestimated so much in here? Even in the Nasuverse, the strongest magic attacks are freaking magic beams.

Rin's jewels can kill off Berserker, block Caster-spam or protect her against Berserker's strength. They're damned potent. The issue, of course, being that she only has ten of them.

On the same note, we could argue that, since Thaumaturgical Systems are embedded into the planet, Magecraft does not work outside of planet Earth. Also, Magecraft is well-defined within the realm of possibility; it doesn't break any rules, so I do not see how it could disrupt Nanohaverse magic. Reality Marbles are a whole other can of worms, though.
They're being underestimated because Noble Phantasms are composed of bullshit. Compared to Ea, beam spams are not that terrifying.
Also, beam spams are kind of generic. Absurdly powerful yes, but do they rewrite reality to ensure they connect? Nope. Hence, they get put at a lower level of the "ohshitdamnit" o'meter.
Ask not the Eldar a question, for they will give you three answers, all of which are true and terrifying to know.
PRAISE THE SUN!
Well, Servants are apparently immune to "mundane" damage like e.g. getting hit by a car or whatever, so if you write Nanoha magic as highly sophisticated applications of physics and not "magecraft" in the Nasu sense, then yes. Which leads to annoying, so maybe that's not the best idea.

Nope, but they can have lock-on, homing capabilities or really huge AoE to make sure they hit close enough though! There are also cross-dimensional attacks(ie can hit someone in Avalon), space-time distortions that remove stuff from existence and even time-travel but those aren't beam attacks so they don't count.
Except they still use magical energy which make them as mundane as a Servant's body.

In other words, even TSAB come down here, their eventual fate will end up killed like cannon fodder.
I got no problem having alien corpses littering planet Earth.
