The lack of weak/mass-produced units does make it hard to do most of the genres. I'd say the best way to deal with that is try running something using the F/E setting or come up with something new. Although an Archer-focused action game has potential too, you could come up with all sorts of various scenarios then without having to stretch things too much. Only issue is it would be more of an episodic kind of thing instead of an ongoing plot.
Of course, small numbers isn't a big deal for some genres. Maybe it's time for the F/SN racing game. *joke*
F/SN racing game in Grail Prix style would be actually pretty funny.
