EDIT: Well, not entirely accurate. Tier 1 was either any one character of your choice but only when they are actually on a banner (sieroticket) OR one of the hyperendgame weapons that need 100 gold moons (SSR dupe compensation) each at max level and limit break.
So yeah, close enough ig.
double edit: I made the FGO comparison more accurate.
T1: 5 USOs or any one Servant of your choice max level grailed, skilled, gold fou'd, card boosted, with appropriate CCs and their bond CE.
T2: Enough quartz to guarantee rolling a Servant you want in the future (if we pretend there's such a thing in FGO) or your choice of limited SSR Servant
T3: SR ticket that includes all Servants, including limited ones
T4: 2 Rare Prisms or 1k Mana Prisms or your choice of a bag of bronze mats (~20 of them) or gold mats (~5 of them).

I was out on a bike ride today in my suburban Canadian city, and came across an anti-vax rally outside City Hall. They were having quite a party, singing slogans, getting passing cars to honk, waving signs. So while waiting for the crosswalk light to change I shouted out in solidarity "STDs Rule! HIV for the Win! Fuck Condoms!". For some reason everyone was really quiet after that. Then the light changed and I continued on my trip. Got a nice Ice cream bar from a local shop. Was a nice ride.
