I don't think the stuff I'm looking for is the kind of stuff that would be released commercially anyway due to being rather niche and rather unethical even for the standards of otaku media... Well, something similiar to what I search for was actually released commercially (which is what awakened this interest of mine in the first place) but I'm pretty sure they were able to get away with it just because it was spread through multiple eroges and was almost never conveyed directly.

It's a family tree of the characters from the visual novels produced by the eroge company 0verflow (to be more specific, the ones written by Mathers Numakichi). It's all canon.

I would say they're at least pretty unique and not just for the reasons you can glean from the family tree(even School days was pretty unique being a combination of anime and visual novel). I found Pure Mail in particular to be pretty high effort for its huge number of choices and routes.
