Most LGA1700 mounting kits are separate from the older LGA socket brackets because of how much different in shape they are. I had to buy this to use my heatsink.

The issue is, quite simply, that there's not enough room around the CPU to fit this kind of mounting. The mounting base (which has two configurations, 1200 and 1700) clicks in just fine, but when I try to mount the heatsink the screws are blocked off by some plastic shielding around it. And the kit is definitely the right one, it has clear markings for how mounting it on a 1700 socket SHOULD work.

Basically, there's barely enough room around the CPU for those metal "ears" to latch onto the base, and no room for the screws to tighten in.

also this is the second time I am asking about cups made with the intent of alcohol consumption
But what's a sake cup

Exactly what the name says. It's a cup you drink your sake from.
To give a Fate example, Shuten has one. Ibaraki has one. So does Kagetora in her skill animations.

One of the old-style wide-brimmed cups would probably be expensive, but a sake cup can also just be a shot glass more or less.

only reason I have one is this brewery in Nara gives you a free cup after sampling their sake. was a fun experience and made me realize sake is pretty good
