Well fuck, I've been waiting so long for these PC parts I might as well've waited for something like that.

I mean, I expected prices would peobably drop over the summer, I was just hoping that, you know, I'd already have had my PC for at least two months by then.

I hear you. Only been about a month for me sitting on parts since I was waiting to get my CPU from the person who bought it at Microcenter for me. That said, I already bought that 3060-Ti at 500 USD, and even that was a bit much since I could have just stuck with a 2060 at 300 USD for price performance considerations. Oh well, the 3060-Ti is only until the 4070 comes out, at which point the 3060-Ti becomes a gift for the person that got my CPU since they've given me some of their old parts and they're still using a 1660 Super.

Other really nice deals that I wish I had been able to get due to items still being within return period are these 1TB and 2TB NVMe since they come with DRAM, unlike the 1TBs I bought for 10 USD less. Sadly, already installed my OS on the only NVMe I could return, so doubt I'd be able to get a full refund for it anyway.

A word of warning: knew a guy who let his cat walk around on his desk while he was working, paw around his mouse, stuff like that.
Then one day the cat somehow decided to sharpen her claws on his new flatscreen monitor.

If you can, look into getting a CPAP machine. I've slept wonderfully since I got one.

Might try and clean this up tomorrow. There's no fixing the CPU power connectors though because I literally have no other way to get them to the CPU power. I might be able to tighten most the non-fan cords though if I pull them up on the back side and ziptie them to the various cord cutouts, but I'm not in the mood to try that right now.

I already don't let him on the desk because when I'm working with my laptop, I already don't have much desk space in the first place so he tends to walk over stuff all the time.
