I'm going to my first post-lockdown anime convention this weekend. It feels really ominous, but then I looked at the schedule and they've got an actual Rakugo preformer to come and perform, and then do a panel about Rakugo Shinju, and I'm suddenly hyped up again. My mood keeps vacillating between the two extremes. "Oh God, I'm gonna get Covid" to "Maybe I check out some of these Vtubers everyones on about?" to "They can't even stop normal Con Flu" to "I can hang out with a bunch of FF14 nerds".

The latter can be surprisingly unpleasant as the discussion inevitably seems to veer into politics and how Garlemald is/isn't a bastion of racism in the setting (meanwhile Maelstrom lol).
Or maybe that's just the people I hung out with, admittedly.

Did that thing actually last for TWO HUNDRED chapters? I remember seeing it when it first came out and just... cringing through the first couple chapters.

One of the few series I read where the ending was actually done well. It's crude humor throughout for sure, nothing highbrow, but it was a fun read.

so during my uni years, during oral and maxillofacial surgery seminar, one doc told us a story about one guy, who was dumped by his gf. He was so depressed about this, that he

as a proof of him being very upset about this


my boss who works at uni actually had the picture of the patient and of his

since he also was dealing with this case at that time


i founded that picture to be quite amazing, tbh

Australian rules football is really odd. From a distance it looks like rugby. Then you notice they're forward passing. And when someone goes down people crowd, but just tap the guy and he gives up the ball. From the intermission highlights it also looks like the only way to score is field goals.
