Oh, I'd love to know. I'm interested in general if she ever realised her increasingly shitty life choices were fucking herself over for the foreseeable future and if she snapped out of it, or if she got just enough reinforcement from the general culture to keep on doubling down.

I haven't thought about her in ages, and it only really occurred to me today that her entire character arc was ridiculous, not just the masters. I mean. Making an active choice that you're going to be an abrasive asshole to anyone and everyone who even mildly displeases you - because you got really into the yugioh anime with takahiro sakurai and found the rude main character inspiring? Holy shit, that's genuinely really funny.

Yusaku is a Yugioh player by need rather than by choice, so I can't imagine him writing a pro-gacha masters' thesis.

Wasn't he also kidnapped and abused as a kid, hence the standoffish personality? Not an unusually cosseted woman in her mid-twenties who went joker mode because... who knows? I thought I knew (shit working environment) but she'd already started losing friends en masse extremely early into that period, so the timeline doesn't match up.

My cat was, I don't know if he was diagnosed with kidney failure, but there's something in his kidneys that's twice the amount it should be and there is no hemodialysis for cats, so. My boy's going to die. I don't know how long it will take, and this is really going to mess up holiday travels. Horribly enough, that actually managed to throw my life into focus enough for me to leave the depression dirge I had been in for who knows how long. I wonder if waking up will be hell tomorrow again as well.

I don't remember what she thought she thought of the first two series, but I do recall that she ended 5Ds furious because something about the timeskip to her implied Yusei was in a relationship with the redhead. ...I think she also thought the yugioh with sakurai was headed towards a yaoi end, and was similarly enraged when that did not happened. It was uncharacteristic of the girl I once knew, and already fairly passé and frowned upon behaviour by the time it happened - modern fandom is quite dedicated to the art of hating female characters correctly!

My baby cousin's voice has dropped... this is so sad... truly, the end of an era. It must be so strange to have your voice completely and very quickly change on you like that when you're still the exact same person. Indeed, he is still very much a child - 11.
