Let's give him a call then. Or email, whatever.
First things first though, I think we should decide on what places we want in the game, and honestly I think we should start figuring out/building out world map.

OK, so we need locations then. Northwest China shouldn't be too hard, just stick with the Qingzhou area. Can you handle southern Japan?
Kyoto will be a bit of a journey, but I think we can manage. Idea though: Since Northern China didn't really house too many battles, I want to change things up a bit. I don't remember what exactly we had in mind, but I kinda want the north to start invading Korea. Or possibly retreating there, depending on what we have going on at the time.
Hmm, that could be possible. Do you remember any guys around that place who would have "really" attacked Korea? I know there are few in Sengoku era Japan, with best for us being probably Hideyoshi himself. I mean, imagine it: After he becomes "corrupted with power", he even attacks the protag's homeland. In reality, the attack was a big failure, and thus, I think we could attribute it to the protag defending his homeland, right?
Plus, if there are characters that are "exiled" or something in RotTK, then I guess they could take refuge in Korea through northern China, becoming protag's allies that way.
I could DEFINITELY see both Yuan Shao and Cao Cao attacking the north and the east, especially if they think their power is threatened there. And, if you want to go even further back, I could see Gongsun Zan fleeing in that general direction after his defeat with Yuan Shao, and if he won I could see him trying to occupy it as a safety net. And I could think up a lot of reasons to see several people head that way, though I imagine most of the big names are going to be left out this time. The Sun's have no reason to be there, and if the Brothers show up Zhuge Liang will never have joined them, and most likely never have become a strategist.
... I feel like I've missed something...
Fucking christ, Cao Cao/Ieyasu would be fucking boss. Especially if you have something like a Zhang Liao/Yukimura penultimate fight.
Hmm, I dunno. Yukimura seems to be more of a ally with the protag, what with the whole deal of him fighting against Ieyasu and the latter proclaiming him as the "greatest warrior that lived".Fucking christ, Cao Cao/Ieyasu would be fucking boss. Especially if you have something like a Zhang Liao/Yukimura penultimate fight.
I confused Ieyasu for Shingen. I am t3h s0ck. Then let's make it Tadakatsu alone, or Tadakatsu/Xun Yu/Sima Yi/Cheng Yu/Some other strategist.
FUCKING HONDA!
Yes. At least Tadakatsu has to be defeated before fighting Ieyasu.
Oh yeah, I was thinking the other day, that if we are going to add summons to this game, one of the ultimate ones could be the 47 Ronins, in a bit of a similiar way to the Knights of the Round. Or then the 47 Ronins could be collected as a mooks to your base, and when you got them all, you would get something ridiculously overpowered.
I know nothing of the 47 ronin~
Nice.
Now we have but one problem......what do for Korea? Make up guys? Use historical figures neither of us know about?
Learning? Pshaw, we are clearly above such measures.
How about the entire area is inhabited by Cat-people!
YEEEEES! WE MUST USE THE USELESS KOBOLDS! GAHAHAHAHA! AND OTHER RACES I DON'T CARE TO REMEMBER!
