If you insist on instant noodles, though, adding some vegetables and herbs already go a long way towards making them - well, maybe not fancy, but at least a proper meal. XD You can add a fried egg on top for some additional protein, and there are few meals which aren't improved by having the egg yolk running over them.
In a pinch, one thing you can do is cook the noodles - *just* the noodles, no broth -, then mix the broth powder with a bit of cream (enough that it can cover all of the pasta), and then mix it up thoroughly with the noodles. Bit of a heavier meal, but much tastier, in the Viking household's opinion.
(But really, I highly recommending buying some actual pasta and making a proper meal if you can!)
