sad thing is that i did. i did get a higher offer, too, but not by a lot.
sadder thing is that everyone acknowledges that its a mechanically sound car but because it has cosmetic damage, it lowers the demand considerably. I've been told I can get more money selling privately, which is true, but, selling privately is a bit of a no-go for several reasons.
and either way parting with it is v. upsetting.
