Wow, that was absolutely beautiful. And really sad, too. Best I can figure, the girl is in the aftermath of some kind of apocalypse caused by a meteorite crashing into earth. Just before the impact, her father who was a scientist of some kind working on preventing the disaster sent her off in a specially protected space capsule to save her.
So, the entire song is her stranded in space hooked up to some kind of VR interface and creating an entire 'world' through her imagination. Really sad, but at the same time beautiful that, even lost in space with almost no sensory input, her imagination still shines brightly. Like a single flower, blossoming in the infinite darkness of space.
*Bursts out into melodramatic sobbing* The only condolence is that, judging by a scene at the end where she receives a message from her 'tablet' (which I presume is actually a representation of the digital interface), the poor girl may possibly have an uploaded AI of her father to keep her company. Maybe.
Who made this song and accompanying video? It's clearly in anime style and with a Japanese VA, but the names provided are Western so... Was it a Western project by some mega anime fans (who also happen to be artistic geniuses) or a Japanese one with Westerners enlisted to storyboard it? In any case, it's amazing.

Royd, trust me. You do not want to post about bans or "vulnerable users" in RT, or the seventh in general.
Take this to the staff and leave it there.
What you've said is exactly the reason why I'm standing behind him. Somebody needs to stick up for the people who nobody else will give a fair shake. And, no offense but, the fact that other people were allegedly crueler then you does not in any sense invalidate the putative cruelty of your own response. What you're doing is just like saying "This guy next to me is 500 pounds so therefore I must be skinny" when you weigh an even 300.
I apologize for being needlessly brash in my response to you (and rather ruining the thread's light-hearted atmosphere, I'll admit) but your flippant reply really rubbed me the wrong way. I hardly know you at all so I don't mean to say you're a bad person or anything, Bridge.
Nobody currently using this thread was in any way involved in the decision making process of this banning. None of us were consulted or informed prior to it occurring. Complaining about the INJUSTICE to us is doing zero good, getting you zero answers, swaying zero opinions, and making zero changes.
I'm reiterating this because it doesn't seem to have sunk in for you yet.
Notice how none of us speaking are mods or admins.
