Dear diary, today I met my favorite crazy person on the bus.

A girl talked to me on the bus home tonight. She was nice, told me my bag was open, then we lamented a bit about how the bus was slow to reach our stop, had a couple laughs.

I-it felt good.

Think of talking to girls like playing neutral. You have to space things out until you land 5b (get her name) and don't drop the combo (tell her your name) and optimize for corner carry instead of damage (get her number)

Then you always go for safejump (ask if she'd be cool with lunch sometime) and if it's a DP you baited it and if not you get a full combo in the corner (a date)

But I agree doing this at 2am on the bus is not The Tech.

Now me, I'm greedy. I aim for the fatal counter (her to approach me) and then I go for resets (stutter awkwardly) that turn into blue combos (she finds it cute that I'm socially incapable) and I get fully corner carry but drop it and somehow we swap sides and now I'm in the corner (she gets my number)

Get better at the game, try practicing the matchup and maybe do some training mode

Get good at establishing your neutral and controlling space and then really learn how THEY play their neutral and force them to come into you.

Alright so you wanna lab out some scenarios in training mode, go to Opponent State and set it to either Polly, Snow, Strife, Lace, Seika, or Sunara and practice your neutral against those. Once you've gotten good you enter a real match (get on the bus and talk to random girls)
