I know how you feel, Moon, and to say that it's a hard thing to go through is an understatement. I don't think I'm really fit to give advice (not to mention not knowing your situation), but if nothing else I can say that even if things are messed up and don't seem to make any sense right now, it will get better.

Well, if it didn't end on a terrible note, try to enjoy the good times you had for what they were. Even though you don't have the relationship in the future, you'll always have the good memories to fondly recall as time goes on.
