which tooth, when does it hurt (does it hurt by itself), how it reacts to hot/cold stuff, does the pain wake up you from the sleep

I already had treatment on it and got a provisional filling then forgot i needed to get an actual one but it doesn't hurt yet. Though I am pretty sure that fillings gone now.

They said its basically dead so it might need a resection or something (some weird shit where they cut open my gums), but now it doesnt hurt anymore so I guess its fine.
