    So, two are finished,

As for the second one, not sure if I still want to add in Caren--or even Scathach or Celtchar. Or 2/3. This is Bazett's design for the story,

I used part of Scathach's design from Empire of Dirt (story related), who becomes her mentor of sorts, so I could go with Scathach. Hm.

Read thru all of stormlight archive in past couple months and I just started on dune. Finding books a lot more rewarding than anime nowadays- thems me random thoughts.

Ohh, Stormlight Archive is good shit even though I lost interests pretty early on. Imo Sanderson dwells to much on magic systems for my liking but I admire the level of detail he puts in.

Tbf, wok takes ages to really get going. The main appeal is the characters really though the systematic magic does appeal to my sciency brain. The climax to oathbringer is so fucking anime though, it's ridiculous XD.

Yeah then went fine plus only first year so only important thing about them is it does influence which subjects I can do next year. Think maths and physics went the best though so yay.

I've been meaning to try Sanderson's works for a long time, would the Storm light Archive be a good place to start?

They do standalone but if you're interested in the wider cosmere (the wider world that all his books are set in) then it might be best to read others first. Apparently warbreaker has some links to stormlight so best to read it before stormlight (it's also free on sanderson's website).

I'd rec the first Mistborn novel. Incredibly conceptually tight and has you riveted since page 1 BUT it being YA might put you off. Avoids most of the YA trappings but is still partially about a teen character.

Yeah I haven't tried mistborn yet but it sounds pretty cool- that's the one with the different trilogies across different eras right? Didn't know it was teeny though but yeah sanderson's a pretty good writer so I'm sure it's lit.

    My fanfics:
The Gift (F/SN): The last duel between Cú Chulainn and Scáthach.
Passion Acknowledged (F/SN): Shinji X Shirou lemon
He Was a Good King (F/SN): Was Beowulf a good king?
A Fairy Tale of Love and Death (F/SN): A meeting between Scáthach and King Hassan.
Palingenetic Descension (Tsukihime): The origin of the Tohno family's hybrid nature.

Yup that's the one. Wouldn't call it teeny exactly, more like coming-of-age, but the first novel does a very clever thing with the protag that's part of why I enjoyed it so much.
