do you work out? sometimes bad posture isn't a conscious bad habit per se but rather the result of weak muscles
i had regular lower back pain years ago when I stopped exercising because of reasons; it disappeared the moment I resumed running and pull-ups, etc.
I just resumed few days ago, so I hope it does it's wonders

This is a lot of words just to say "All characters in this work are over 18".
I can't decide what's funnier, how it states that the words chicchai and chisai (both mean small, little, petite) refer to the physical appearance of the characters and by no means refer to their ages or how it states the organizations mentioned as "moteharashou" and "haramichuu" refer respectively to "motehara shoudaigaku" ("Motehara Commercial College") and "haramichuu shouji" (something like "Haramichuu Corporation").
Protip: The actual intent is for these to refer to "motehara shougakkou" (Motehara Elementary School) and "harami chuugakkou" (Harami Middle School).
