School shootings are going on and here I am trying to write four art papers before Thursday.
Mississippi Delta State University.
I’m proposing a toast: to this beautiful fabric that binds our very world together.Of course, I’d say the most beautiful thing is watching it elegantly ripped apart. Now, drink up! Surely you know, there’s always the best time to be hadin that dangerously intoxicating state, right on the border of consciousness.

Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.
Yes?

If there's one thing I miss about public school it's going out and seeing people. If there's one thing I won't miss about public school it's the teacher's taking about five minutes of class time to scold a student that said something stupid.

Spoiler:
I know, I just don't really give it any effort.

I'm trying to decide if I should splurge on a drawing tablet. I kinda started to draw a bit more recently and would benefit from not having to vector my lineart with a mouse, but it's still just a hobby. Hmmm.
Drawing on a tablet is fun. It definitely feels different than drawing by hand though; the texture of the stylus on the tablet is completely different and the fact that you look at the monitor instead of where you're drawing takes getting used to.

I hate the fact that by the time both my classes finish the buses have already left so I have to wait 40+ minutes to get home.
While it's true that having to teach students Greek has a propensity for driving people deep into the arms of eccentricity, I wouldn't go casting stones about in so small a community.Originally Posted by The Future of Classics (Sept 1st 2015)

I have been musing a lot about starting an anime club @ school.

Did you go to it?
Spoiler:
There was one at my school a couple years back that lasted for a few months. I would have to do it after school but I already do stuff after school (by stuff I mean D&D) so that's not a problem. Problem is getting the room. 'tis why I'm probably going to wait until I am in the sixth form so I can take any responsibility Basically maybe we would watch 3 episode 1s then people would vote on which show to watch over 4-8 weeks (anything longer than 2 cours would be a pain).
Yup, it took place in the library with about six other members.
Basically turnout was low, the library was cramped and we weren't allowed to watch anime because we'd disturb the others.
