Hot damn if there aren't some really good RAM prices going on right now. 32GB of 3200 CL16 for 75ish USD or 32GB of 3600 CL16 for 109 USD. Used GPU prices are also really nice, but could drop even more once Ethereum proof of stake happens. Beyond that, the 12700k is priced pretty decently, and you can get the white Corsair 4000D Airflow for about 75 USD.
