i choose call
go through prompts on the phone

phonebot then lists off a bunch of information i don't need then literally says "goodbye" and hangs up
go back to chat and tell them i need to talk to a real person
chatbot tells me their phone reps can't handle customer credit card information

Is it one of those shitty third string providers? I know people who have been having a lot of trouble with those guys in the last month or so.

Say, is it just me, or does anyone else have this problem where the moment you click edit on an unpublished blog here, the edit page just come out... blank? Luckily the contents of said blog is still saved, but it's been happening to me since a few days ago, and I have to copy-paste the whole blog from my phone (which doesn't disappear when I try to edit it) to my laptop (where I do most of the formatting and stuff). Last time it somehow fixed itself after an unspecified amount of time, but it's still not working now.
