Hey, if Sawashiro is capable of doing only-chick-in-HSotD-worth-liking, she can pull off Blake's stoicism. Rina Satou more for the less obvious tsundere voice (Rie Kugimiya) and because she's getting a lot more of those kind of roles because of Raildex.
I still haven't figured out who I'd wanna voice Ozpin. But as for some of the others...

Don't get me wrong, I love Sawashiro's roles. I guess you have a point, she does have the vocal range to pull off Blake's tone well.
I like Satou too, but I think I'd prefer Kaori Nazuka for Weiss if only because I loved her role as Ayatsuji in Amagami SS.
I still haven't figured out who I'd wanna voice Ozpin. But as for some of the others...

And Akira Ishida has one of my favorite chilling and calm villain voices, but I'd like Mamoru Miyano as Torchwick better.
Yeah, my first thought was Nakata. But then I imagined it and it just seemed...off.
Unfortunately, all the other fall-back-to-voices that I can think of like Sugita don't really fit. I keep thinking Yuuichi Nakamura, but then I'm so used to hearing him playing younger that I don't feel it.
Actually, Ye, now that you mention it, my second choice for Weiss would be Ayumi Fujimura. Unfortunately, all I can imagine with that is Weiss suddenly saying "Paanchi!"

What about Rikiya Koyama? The guy that voiced Kiritsugu. I think he would be able to pull it off.
Too tough...I want to say something like "militaristic" because I always hear his role in FMP!TSR when his name comes up.

I go with Sachika Misawa because Accel World is just about the only anime I've ever watched in which I've not wanted to fall asleep when someone is vocally going over world mechanics.Also, Shizuka Itou for Pyrrha. Definitely.
