Chapter five is technically done though. As for six I just "read" it but haven't moved onto it yet.

That was just a guess. This month is chapter 7 right? So June should be 8. Chapter one was 51 pages; two around 24; not sure about three and four; five was around 31; six and seven are 30-ish too.
51+24+30?+30?+31+30+30+30 of chapter eight = 250~255 pages

Chapter 6 started with colored pages IIRC, which is typically a sign that a new volume is starting.
The tankoban is probably just behind a few months on publication.
That'd be a really short volume in terms of pages.
Not even MB Act 2 was that short.
Unless three and four are 35-ish.
