    By "minimum time" I mean, like, at least a week before this thread was first started. I don't want to exclude BL members, I want to keep this tournament from being flooded with people who only joined for that (we got a lot of entries for the cancelled one, and we didn't have that problem).

    I'd appreciate it if you'd make the footage look correct. But really, do what you like with the recording. I don't mean to sound like I'm telling you what to do. Just suggesting. I see this kind of recording mistake a lot.

    Is that ok? I was just making a quick recording so the parameters aren't tweaked for maximum quality (there's an audio drop somewhere but I already know why, also about 0.2sec audio delay - will be fixed when I'll finally upload them).

    But trust me, our skill lvls don't matter if I am in the US and you are in BR or EU. It will be a random winner. Skilled players, who are not used to net play, are too reliant on proper timing to be much danger. Almost all of my oki just will not work with delay 1+. I can't even combo 6C BE6C with H-VSion on delay 2 with 40 ping... I've played her for 5 years, and can do that combo 100% of the time..., with my eyes closed..., while talking shit to my opponent. I can't even imagine what delay 3+ and ping over 60 will do to me...

    And also, does lurking count. I've been coming here for years getting Char art in the fan club sections. I remember when Lycee's TM 1.0 was posted on here, although I did not get into that game until like TM3.0 came out. I did have an account on the old BL, but never made a new one. I was in the Ciel fan club...

    Yeah, I've been playing Melty since Act Cadenza and play it regularly with friends, but online I'm liable to get "mashed out". Assuming I'm actually good, that is. I haven't played enough outside my scene of 4 people to know.

    Also yes, I too am from Melty Bread.

    Also also, I have FRAPS and can upload anything we need too if Rowanism doesn't want to do all of it himself.

    Depending on how many people join, I might put in 2 circuits. One for all the good players (ie all the Melty Bread players and the better BL players) and one more circuit for all the shit players like me
