Ninefold Rakshasa could be a reference to any number of things, some real and some fictional. For example, the Order of the Ninefold (ruled by a man said to be a disguised Rakshasa) located in Rigus, the Gatetown to Acheron.
Could also be a reference to the ninefold celestial order, though it doesn't really 'fit' with the theme of the others.
