Lol, Arc's NP is E. Gawain is "just" A+. Passionlip is C and Andersen, who can turn you into the new AM, has a C-rank NP.

Not arai, but there's the dictionary definition, yeah. It looks more or less the same as the one in Extra Garden, though, with the exception of some minor changes here and there.

well, if we use what we see in game, i wouldnt be surprised that 'summoning a fleet of ships' is a higher rank np than just 'use no mana'

But the mirror isn't just a "no mana needed" (which already could be classified as a hax, cheat skill if you think about it), it's a pseudo-divine relic used by a pseudo-divine spirit. And it's two ranks below the NP of a guy (lady) who comes from the XVI century (not considering how "big" the fleet is) (although now that I think about it, Tamamo herself isn't too old either, XI century).

It's also limited by Tamamo being stuck as a Heroic Spirit rather than a proper Divine Spirit IIRC. Don't quote me on that though; I'm only going off of memory here...

Yep, that's (most probably) why it's not A++/EX. Personally, I don't know what's stranger to me, whether the mirror is so low, just B-rank (I would have said A, or A+ at most) or the fleet so high, A+ (I would have said B, or B+ at most).

As a comparison, the fleet is on par with divine bulls, a custom-made Excalibur (Galatine), a grimoire that can summon Cthulhu and above the likes of Gae Bolg and God Hand.

But maybe it's just because she can summon a lot of warship (thus it's more about quantity than quality)... ?
