<NEW FIC!> Revolution #9: Somewhere out there, there's a universe in which your mistakes and failures never happened, and all you wished for is true. How hard would you fight to make that real?

Maybe he doesn't understand Japanese as well as he wants everybody to think, and the entire reason his KnK translation was so unique with all the added fluff was to obscure that. And now that he's working with a team under more stringent quality standards, things are moving more slowly since he can't just freeball and make stuff up. He actually has to dictionary-hump like the rest of us mere mortals.

Getting rustled over slightly different vocabulary is small time. That entire stunt was intentional, since he knew the fandom well enough to know that making up his own terms would cause an endless shitstorm that distracts from the more pertinent issue that if you took out all the text he added from nowhere, the translation would be half as long.
Addition of pseudo-intellectual bull was it?
At least it was funny.
Sure he has, Fate/Unlimited Codes and KnK the anime have official translations, and Arcane Eyes are nowhere to be seen!
I never knew that Nasu was the one that translated those!
Well they must have needed some approval from TM at least.
But Nasu had absolutely nothing to do with what English terms they went with, which was the original point. That none of the English is "Nasu Terminology" except for the cases where he kindly provided an English term in katakana in the original text.

Why the fuck do you care that he use didn't TakaJun's terms? KnK was HIS translation.
Don't hate just to be hating.
Edit: You people also seem to be under the impression that translating over 15,000 lines is a quick process. And the original writing in Knk is apparently shit, anyway.

They aren't liberties. They're a skullfuckery of the original text.
